Foyers Bay Country House is a Victorian Guest House located in Lower Foyers in an acre of magnificent private grounds, overlooking Loch Ness, and offers spectacular views along the loch towards Urquhart Castle and beyond to Inverness.
Foyers Bay House was originally built in 1890 for the Manager of the newly built Foyers aluminium factory, The house still retains the atmosphere of a Victorian Highland family home.

It has been tastefully converted and refurbished to create a uniquely individual and comfortable six-room guest house. The grounds are home to many wild animals and birds. During breakfast you will probably see some of our resident Red Squirrels getting their peanuts from the feeder, along with a large wild bird population of Coal Tits, Siskins, Robins, Blackbirds, Thrushes, Tree Creepers, Woodpeckers and a couple of Pheasants! After dinner if you come down to the conservatory, you might be lucky enough to see the Badger come and get her treats from the decking. An amazing encounter experienced by many of our guests!
Adjacent to the property are the famous “Falls of Foyers” which were the inspiration for a poem by Robert Burns. At 165 ft, it is the 4th highest waterfall in Scotland, it’s just a short walk through the forest right from our front gate. Book direct with us and get the best price available.
